1. Who we are

Yieldrise (the “App”) is operated by SPTFR Solutions (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/451023/07 (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. We do not give financial advice

Yieldrise is an analysis and calculation tool. We are not a financial services provider and are not licensed under the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services Act 37 of 2002 (FAIS). Nothing in the App constitutes financial advice, a recommendation, an intermediary service, or an inducement to enter into any transaction.

Every figure, rating, projection and verdict the App produces is generated from the inputs you supply and from published rate and fee schedules. You are solely responsible for the decisions you make. Consult a licensed financial adviser, bond originator, conveyancer or tax practitioner before you commit to any property transaction.

3. AI analysis

Some features generate written analysis and deal ratings using third-party artificial intelligence models. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or internally inconsistent, and may misread the data supplied to it. We give no warranty as to its correctness. It is a research aid to be verified independently, never a recommendation to act.

4. Estimates, not quotes

Transfer duty, conveyancing fees, Deeds Office fees, bond repayments and related costs are estimates derived from schedules published by SARS, the relevant Law Society, the Deeds Office, and the prevailing prime lending rate. These schedules change — SARS transfer duty brackets are typically revised after the February budget speech. Estimates are not quotes, and no attorney, bank or authority is bound by them.

5. Affordability output is not credit approval

Affordability results, debt-to-income ratios and bank-approval indications are illustrative only. They are not a pre-qualification, an approval in principle, an offer of credit, or any commitment by any bank or credit provider. Banks assess affordability using criteria and internal scoring we do not have access to, and their assessment may differ substantially from ours.

6. Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not resell access, scrape the App, attempt to circumvent subscription gating, or reverse engineer any part of it.

7. Subscriptions and billing

Yieldrise Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment is charged to your store account on confirmation of purchase. Where a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple or Google account settings — we cannot cancel it for you, and we do not process refunds. Refunds are handled solely by Apple or Google under their respective policies.

8. Limitation of liability

The App is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense — including lost profit, lost opportunity, or loss arising from a property transaction — that results from your use of, or reliance on, the App or anything it produces. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.

9. Intellectual property

The App, its calculation engine, its content and its branding remain our property. You retain ownership of the deal data you enter. You grant us a licence to process that data solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used unlawfully. You may stop using the App and request deletion of your account at any time by emailing support@yieldrise.co.za.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version number and date at the top of this page identify the current version. Material changes will be communicated in the App or by email, and continued use after that constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and you consent to the jurisdiction of the South African courts.
